Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BGX at beegxxx.top (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them.

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material generated by artificial intelligence. You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view such material where you live. If you are not, leave now.

2. What the Service is

BGX lets you browse, chat with and create fictional AI characters and view realistic AI-generated images of them. Every character is a fictional woman made by AI, between 22 and 55 years of age, and drawn to look like a grown woman. No character depicts or is based on a real person. BGX is not a webcam, live-performer, video-hosting or dating service: nobody real is on the other side of a chat, and the site hosts no uploaded videos. Conversations are generated by a language model and are not written by a person. Short videos, where offered, are made with Wan 2.2 and the DaSiWa Lightspeed model by Darksidewalker.

BGX is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any video-sharing or adult tube website, whatever words its domain name contains, nor to any magazine, fashion house or model agency, and it does not use other companies' names or marks to describe itself. Words such as "cover", "issue" and "editorial" on this site describe how the characters are presented: no character is a real model and no picture comes from a real photo shoot.

3. Your account

You may use parts of the Service as a guest; an account keeps your chats and characters. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

4. What you must not do

• request, create or share anything involving a minor, or any character presented as under 18 or with a childlike look;
• use the names, likeness or images of real people;
• request non-consensual, incestuous, bestial or otherwise illegal content;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the Service's content, or try to get around its limits, filters or payments;
• use the Service to harass anyone or for anything illegal where you live.

Such requests are blocked automatically. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

5. Content you create

Characters you build are private to you. You may use their images for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.

6. Payments

Some features need credits or BGX Black. You see the price before you pay. Payments are made in USDT (TRC20), and our emails about them come from the discreet name "Folio Club"; BGX Black is paid once for a fixed period and does not renew on its own. Digital content is delivered at once, so purchases are final except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law says otherwise. No character will ever ask you for money, gifts or payments in a chat; if one seems to, report it.

7. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong, strange or unexpected; it is fiction and not advice. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the date below shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it.
